1. Booking Cancellations

  • You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 60 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 60 minutes before pickup, a cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of the booking amount).
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 30 minutes before pickup).

2. Delays or Service Failures

If we fail to provide the booked service due to reasons within our control (e.g. driver no-show or system failure), you will be entitled to a full refund or a complimentary rebooking.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Incorrect booking details submitted by the customer.
  • Passenger unavailable at the pickup location.
  • Violation of our terms (e.g. abusive behaviour, refusal to pay, etc.).
